We welcome opportunities to share with people news about what is happening in Nepal.  If you are looking for someone to speak at a church service, women's meeting, men's breakfast or youth meeting please contact us.

Likewise we are always keen to share with professional bodies information about Nepal.  If your Hospital Fellowship, Business Group or Institute is looking for someone who can present a view of life from a different angle please contact us.

Practical Work Teams

In the summer of 2007 a team from Samaritan's Purse Ireland came to work at the Rescue Home.  The team consisted of 12 people ranging in age from 18 - 5? .  Taking time out to get your hands dirty is a great way to both find out more about Nepal and achieve something useful at the same time.  Contact us if you are interested in coming on a work team.

Medical Teams

You're never too old to come on a working holiday to Nepal.  This picture shows  two retiired ladies who linked up with our Medical Screening programme.  In the past we have had retirees providing training on handcraft and baking.  If you are a medical professional them we'd like to talk with you about working in Nepal either at a Screening Camp or on a placement with our partner organisation HDCS.

Bible Teaching

Do you have a ministry in bible training or worship workshops?  If you're looking for an opportunity to spend sometime with church leaders, church planters, youth leaders and children's workers? Then talk with us.  In the past individuals have come to Nepal and worked with us for a couple of weeks providing much needed training and encouragement.

Medical Electives

For a number of years we have worked closely with our local partners HDCS in securing places for medical students wishing to do their overseas elective in Nepal.  spending several weeks working in either a rural or urban hospital will transform you outlook on how you plan your future medical career.  If you want to know more click on 'contact' and drop us a line. 

Teaching

Whether it's spending time with Nepali children in a local school or inputing into the lives of expatriate children at KISC (Kathmandu International Study Center) in Kathmandu we can help you gain that special teaching placement.  If you're a student looking for time away after qualifying as a teacher or a mature teacher well versed in your subject looking for a bit of fresh air click on 'contact' and drop us a line.  You never know where you could find yourself working!
